Breakthrough National Centre for Climate Restoration recently published a booklet call Striking Targets: Matching Climate Goals with Climate Reality, written by Philip Sutton.
Breakthrough will be holding a forum to debate the issues arising from this. The panel includes Climate Action Moreland member Andrea Bunting
